For instance, if you have purchased a Living Trust Kit, and now want Legal Resource Center to prepare your Living Trust, we will credit the price of the kit, up to $20, toward our document preparation fee.

You can receive your credit as follows:

1. Order our document preparation service on our web site, by fax or in person at one of our offices.

2. Mail Legal Resource Center your unused Self-Help legal kit or packet and the receipt for the kit or packet to our offices at 3170 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016.

3. The Self-Help Legal kit or Packet must be for the same legal matter as the document preparation service.

4. Legal Resource Center will credit your final bill, up to $20.
